For Third Party Payments a Valid Credit Card is Required for Incidentals Or Completed Credit Card Authorization Form
Rates:
Rates are based on availability & based on single/double occupancy 
Each additional person (13+) will be charged an additional $15 per night plus tax.
Cancellation or Reservation Change Policy:
(Not Applied to Third Party Reservations )
 Seven Days Prior To Arrival For Standard Reservations.
*Thirty Days Prior to Arrival For Groups, Wedding Blocks & GA/FL
Room Rate will be Charged Thirty (30) Days Prior to Arrival.

Advance Deposit of One Night Room Rate "Non-Refundable" will be Charged to the Credit Card on file Seven Days prior to Arrival or 
30 days prior to Arrival for Holidays, Wedding Group Blocks or Other Groups.

Penalty Will Not Be Waived Under Any Circumstance or For Any Reason.
IF CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED & ADVANCE DEPOSIT IS NOT OBTAINED,  THE RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE. 
In the even that Ocean Inn & Suites must cancel your reservation, you will be notified as soon as possible and any payment made will be refunded in full.
Cash Payments:
Cash Payments are Accepted & Full Payment is Required @ Time of Check-In Plus a Valid Credit Card for Incidentals or a Security Deposit of $200 which will be Refunded after Room Inspection @ Check-Out.
No Smoking:
$250.00 Minimum Penalty per incident for Smoking anywhere in the Building.

HOTEL HURRICANE POLICY
IF THERE IS A VOLUNTARY EVACUATION WHERE THE GUEST LIVES OR HERE ON THE ISLAND, WE WILL ONLY CHANGE THEIR RESERVATION DATE TO A FUTURE DATE. 

IF THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION WHERE THE GUEST LIVES OR HERE ON THE ISLAND, WE CAN CHANGE THE DATES OF THE RESERVATION TO A FUTURE DATE OR CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITH A REFUND.
