Suites
We are 100% NON-SMOKING and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Penalties for violating this policy are $200 per incident, to cover the cost of proper cleaning.

Guarantees
A major credit will be required to reserve and hold a room or a suite. Ocean Inn and Suites accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa.

At Check-in , guests who prefer to pay with cash must present a valid picture I.D.( Driver’s License), total room and tax balance for the whole stay (non- refundable) and a security refundable deposit ( for incidentals) in the amount of $200.00 to be paid.

At check-out the room will be inspected and the $200.00 deposit will be refunded to the guest, if the inspection is passed.

If a third party is paying for room and tax for a guest, a credit card authorization must be completed and received before the guest’s arrival.  Details will be provided at time of reservation.

Registration and Departure

Check-in time is 4:00PM    Check-out time is 11:00 AM

(All departures are subject to a charge after 11.00AM.) 

Cancellations and Changes

Any cancellations or changes in the arrival or departure date MUST be done 7 (seven) days before guest’s arrival.  A  NON-REFUNDABLE advance deposit of one night’s room and tax will be charged on the credit card on file.

Early departure fee of one night room & tax will apply.

If a reservation is made within 7 days of guest’s arrival, this reservation is NON-

CANCELLABLE

The non- refundable advance deposit of one night’s room and tax will be charged at the time that the reservation is made.
